Woolzie Review & Giveaway
Recently I had a opportunity to review the Woolzies Dryer Balls. These round shaped Dryer Balls contain no chemicals and are safe to use for people with a wool sensitives. They are made from 100% pure New Zealand Wool.
What is great about them is that they are handmade. You don't see that too often with dryer balls.
Using these Woolzies Dryer Balls softens your clothes, they reduce static, helps reduce wrinkles and they are noise free. When you use these it also saves you money because it takes less time to dry your clothes and saves on energy. You will see a reduce drying time up to 25%.
When you think of wool, you think that the material is kinda coarse not in this case. I found that the Woolzies were very soft to touch.
You might be saying what is the difference from Woolzies to dryer sheets or tennis balls.
Well dryer sheets contain harsh chemicals which are toxic and can be more dangerous for people that may have a serious allergic reaction to them. With putting tennis balls or rubber balls in your dryer not only are you letting harsh chemicals PVC's onto your laundry but these dryer balls are dangerous for your health. As you can see in the picture about they look like snow balls. They are perfectly round and have no scent. What is good to know if you need to add a scent all you need to do is sprinkle a few drops of pure essential oil to the woolzie balls. What is also a great alternative to reduce even more static cling roll up a piece of regular aluminum foil into a ball and toss it in the dryer.
With Woolzies you place up to 6 balls into the dryer with a "full" load of laundry.
I used all six in my dryer and when my clothes were dry in 15 minutes they were super soft and I also noticed that I there was no static cling.
