Let me tell you all about Fantasicakes! What a delight to have done a review on a Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake. Sounds so yummy right? It was divine and I will tell you all about it.

 Now let's talk coffee cake! This amazing 8"bundt cake is more scrumpish then it looks. When I received the coffee cake it came with out the icing on it. All I needed to do is microwave the Icing for about 10 seconds then drizzle the icing to my liking. So Yummy! The apple cinnamon coffee cake is 1.75lbs and serves 8- 12 slices.
When I cut into the cake I could see how moist the coffee cake was. My first bite into it I could taste the fresh apple cinnamon filling. The cinnamon streusel was full of flavor and complement the cake.
You may serve this cake at room temperature and it also has a shelf life for up to 14 days or up to 3 months if frozen.
These cakes are good for all occassions, after dinner dessert, house warming, birthday or just because you need to satisfy that sweet tooth.
